Every PolyHex™ sector design undergoes extensive validation before entering operation. Testing includes material characterization, bending and fatigue testing, and dedicated "breathing" tests (see picture) that simulate the cyclic vacuum conditions experienced during real disc filter operation. This rigorous development process verifies structural stability, fatigue resistance, long-term durability, and performance under real operating conditions.
