ANDRITZ will, of course, also be represented at SINCE with a booth (booth 1L10) featuring its technologies for modern and efficient processing of nonwovens.

ANDRITZ's presentation at SINCE will focus on improved efficiency and thus resource conservation, greater sustainability of end products, and the expansion of services, in particular through increased digitization in and around the manufacturing processes. ANDRITZ's METRIS solution provides all the necessary tools for control, monitoring, and automatic process optimization.

In addition to the meta-trend Industrial IoT, the topic of plastic-free or plastic-reduced nonwoven products will play an increasingly important role.

Transferred to our product portfolio, this means that the focus will be on ANDRITZ aXcess lines and machines: product configurations for the production of small and medium-sized capacities that are highly efficient in terms of material and energy consumption. The focus here is clearly on the immediately perceptible reduction of operating costs.

The compact ANDRITZ aXcess technology is part of the ANDRITZ product range for versatile processing of nonwovens: spunlace, needlepunch, wetlaid, and air-through bonding as complete production lines, as well as calender systems for the spunlaid industry. This also includes a new, upgraded version of the ANDRITZ aXcess and compact calender portfolios, with higher speed and greater roll width to extend productivity.

The strong demand for nonwoven products in the Chinese and other Asian markets requires solutions that enable investors and partners wishing to enter these markets for the first time to find their way into our technologies quickly and easily.
